About BrandPost

BrandPost is an office products supplier based in Palmerston North and have been in the online and direct mail shopping business for nearly 20 years. They love Big Brands (because you can trust their quality)… but they love bringing them to customers at small prices even more.

They came to us because

BrandPost competes with the big guys such as Warehouse Stationery and the market is flooded with low quality imported products being marketed as the genuine brand. Office products is a super competitive industry in Google Land so BrandPost had been running Google Search and Shopping Ad campaigns to cut through the noise. Except they had not seen any return on their investment. 

What we did

After completing an account audit we calculated that they only ever got an 100% return on ad spend (ROAS). This meant for every dollar they spent on Google Ads they only got that dollar back. 
As an online business BrandPost wanted to see growth and increases in revenue – and lots of it.
Taking data from the account audit we discovered that poor keyword targeting choice was causing the budget to drain on clicks that were never going to convert into revenue. 
We went to work restructuring both the search and shopping campaigns to target people searching by brand or product where BrandPost’s price point was most competitive. 

Success!

In the first 90 days the ROAS increased from 100% to 300%. Brand Post now constantly generates 900 - 1100% monthly return in ad spends which has converted to increased online revenue.
Over the course of three years we have continued to develop and execute a range of digital advertising strategies for BrandPost including Facebook retargeting, YouTube and the latest Google Shopping.
